Natural Anti Aging Diet

Doesn't natural anti aging seem like a more viable option compared to the hoards of lying anti aging creams that don't work? Aging is a as much of a reality as living. It cannot be totally eliminated. What we can do is defer the process of aging, not indefinitely but temporarily.


What Causes Aging?
In order to to delay aging we must know what causes it. When the cell renewal process of the skin slows down, you skin starts aging. So to stop aging one must ensure that cell renewal happens rapidly to give you youthful looking skin. This can be done by ingredients with natural anti aging properties that must be included in your diet. Work on your skin from within by eating healthy skin foods in stead of doing damage repair externally.

Diet For Natural Anti Aging:
If you want to stay youthful beyond your years then your diet must include the anti aging foods mentioned below.

1. Green Leafy Vegetables: Spinach, broccoli, coriander, curry leaves etc are all great for the skin. Firstly because the don't contain any toxins. Secondly because they are supply roughage to your body keeping your bowel movement smooth. This ensures natural purification of your body and thus your skin.

2. Anti Aging Vitamins: Vitamin C and Vitamin E are the main anti aging vitamins that your skin requires. They foster quick cell renewal repairing damaged skin. If this process slows down, your skin starts aging. Vitamin E is for growth and production of natural oils in the skin that give you that youthful glow. If these oils are not produced your skin will look dull and aged. Exposure to the sun, pollution, smoke and erosion deplete the reserve of these anti aging vitamins in your skin. You must include citrus fruits like oranges, berries etc for vitamin C and almonds, prunes and other dry fruits for vitamin E.

3. Antioxidants Found in Pigments: It is a known fact that antioxidants are responsible for natural anti aging but how will you get then if you throw away all the peels of fruits and vegetables. Eat the skins of fruits like apple, orange, plums, cherries etc. They pigments found in them are rich in antioxidants that will help you get that age defying fresh skin. Plan your diet to include more of bell peppers, especially the red and yellow ones. Our traditional Indian diet does make sufficient use of these valuable antioxidants which is why you have make an extra effort from your end.

4. Spices for Natural Anti Aging: Cloves and peppercorns have been found to be excellent for cell renewal and repair. Make extensive use of these spices in your daily diet. These spices do not have any toxins like our stable doses of red chilli powder. So make a shift to these spicing agents in your cooking, specially for meat.

If you make a diet plan that includes these essential anti aging foods and stick to it, you will notice the changes in a about a fortnight.
